Description

One of the few places in Nosara/Guiones that is actually in walking distance to great surf. Our place is a 5 min walk to the beach, and restaurants, dining, and the local market are a few steps away (right around the corner). Super easy access to family friendly activities. Some restaurants and bars nearby have pools that can be used. It is a good fit for couples, friends traveling, and families with kids. Wifi equipped so you can stay in touch easily with the "outside world" -- if you want to.

The space

Enjoy this Costa Rican style "casita" -- open air outside main room with indoor kitchen and bedrooms -- surrounded by green, and just a few steps from the mini-mart and restaurants to keep you fueled. The best part is you truly can walk to the beach. Many homes boast that, but this is one of the few properties near Playa Guiones (the main surf break) that you can get to on foot in less than five minutes. The casita is stocked with everything you need for a relaxing time away from home, including a hammock, wifi, games, movies, and cooking utensils. There is A/C located in both bedrooms, and is included in the nightly price. It is our home away from home, and we want you to feel that way, as well.

Guest access

Guests have access to everything on the premises, including a parking space if you have a rental car. Within a few steps away are places to rent surfboards, ATV's, bikes, and anything else you need to fully enjoy your time in Nosara/Guiones.

Interaction with guests

A property manager will greet you and make sure all of your questions are answered during your stay at our casita. You will have access to them throughout your stay.

Other things to note

As Playa Guiones/ Nosara is in the jungle, jungle "living" happens. Please bring bug repellent, whether you are staying here or elsewhere. Be prepared to wake up to the sounds of monkeys chattering away. No matter where you stay, this is a unique experience that is going to be somewhat rustic, pretty adventurous, and definitely memory making. That's what one expects when they search for places "off the beaten path", right? :)
